In Black Campus Ministries, one thing that is really important to us is making spaces for Black students to talk about the issues in their lives and examine how Jesus addresses and responds to those issues. We do that in a couple settings:
For those of you that are a part of the African American Theme Program in Christian Hall, we have Bible Talks. These are spaces where we look at a part of the Bible, talk through the things that are meaningful to us, and discuss how the things we see can be real in our lives. For more information, you can contact Ciarra (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For an opportunity to connect with other black women on campus and read scripture through the lens of a woman, check out the Women’s Ministry. For more information, you can contact Amanda (email@example.com).
Greek (Divine Nine Ministries)
Understand how your faith and Greek life collide. Discuss topics essential to the Greek person of faith, and learn how you can live out the gospel in your fraternity or sorority. For more information, contact Galvin (firstname.lastname@example.org).
